Hosted at Evergreen Brick Works, the morning offers a welcome pause from routine, an opportunity to connect with peers, and a chance to take part in hands-on experiences that make a difference.  

What to expect:  

Start your morning at the Blakes Room with a curated set of activities, with flexibility for families to participate in one or more experiences: 

🌱 Pollinator revival: Seed ball activity 
Participants will create seed balls that support pollinators and help restore biodiversity across local green spaces, contributing to ongoing efforts to strengthen urban ecosystems. 

🪺 Environmental stewardship: Bird nest helpers 
Children will assemble natural nesting materials designed to support local bird populations and encourage healthy urban wildlife habitats. 

🎒 Student support initiative: Backpack packing 
In partnership with Food4Kids, families will assemble backpacks filled with essential school supplies for students in need—helping remove barriers to learning and opportunity. 

The experience concludes with a hosted lunch and informal networking.
