Note that our Thursday evening social builds directly on the day's programming and is a core part of the conference experience.
To support a smoother journey home from our remote location, Friday's agenda has been intentionally shortened.

Additional nights unrelated to Evolve are not covered and will be charged to your credit card.

🛫 Travel reminder 

All travel must be booked through Direct Travel using your BDO profile.

🚌 Shuttle service 

Round-trip shuttle service from YVR to Whistler will be available at scheduled times. Additional shuttles may be added based on flight plans in Direct Travel. As shuttles are being provided, rental car and car service expenses will not be approved.  

For local Vancouver partners: Please consider taking one of the designated shuttles from YVR or expensing the Epic Rides shuttle service from Burrard Station. Fairmont Chateau Whistler shuttles run every 20 minutes from the Gateway Loop.
