Full day sessions: Wednesday, September 17 and Thursday, September 18 

Travel day: Friday, September 19

Note that our Thursday evening social builds directly on the day's programming and is a core part of the conference experience. To support a smoother journey home from our remote location, Friday's agenda has been intentionally shortened.

Accommodations

Your hotel room will be booked on your behalf using your registration details. Please do not book your own hotel accommodation - the conference planning team will take care of those reservations.

• Check-in date: Tuesday, September 16 (from 3 p.m.) 
• Check-out date: Friday, September 19 (by 11 a.m.)

 

If you require an adjusted check-in/out date, please state your reasoning in your registration form. Please note, additional nights booked for reasons unrelated to Evolve are not covered and will be charged to your personal credit card.  

Hotel confirmation numbers will be shared closer to the event.

All travel must be booked through Direct Travel using your BDO profile.

Shuttle service

Round-trip shuttle service from YVR to Whistler will be available at scheduled times. Additional shuttles may be added based on flight plans in Direct Travel. As shuttles are being provided, rental car and car service expenses will not be approved.  

For local Vancouver partners: Please consider taking one of the designated shuttles from YVR or expensing the Epic Rides shuttle service from Burrard Station. Fairmont Chateau Whistler shuttles run every 20 minutes from the Gateway Loop.

Meals

Meals will be provided throughout the conference.
